You start by having a chat with Neil Rayment, AJC's master jeweller (normally this is face to face but more often than not its over the internet). In the course of this discussion, he sketches up your vision...

 Back in the studio AJC create a 3D model. You get sent a link and we incorporate your feedback into the design.

Once we are agreed, AJC go into the workshop. About 5 weeks later your piece is delivered. Happiness all round.
