Our priority is to provide you with a custom-made, exclusive and high-quality piece of jewellery that meets your needs and makes your special occasion the best it can be.

We offer a unique, personalised service to ensure your experience is rewarding, creative and enjoyable.

Step 1:

You can choose to discuss your requirements with us by phone or over the internet, or meet with Neil in person to chat through your ideas and preferences over a glass of chilled champagne. We offer flexible appointments at our Cardiff Bay studio.

During this initial consultation, Neil will take the necessary measurements and sketch up an image that fits with your needs, bringing your vision to life.

Step 2:

Back in the studio, Neil will create a photo-like image using the latest computer-aided design, before sending it to you for your feedback. Any alterations you request will be made and a new picture sent. We will continue with this process until you're absolutely satisfied with your design.

Step 3:

Once you’re happy with the design, it will go to the workshop. To begin with, we will create a wax master, allowing you to see and feel the jewellery before the final piece is made. The finished wax master will then be cast into the precious metal before being hand finished and mounted by our award-winning craftsmen.

Step 4:

Your final handmade jewellery will be beautifully boxed and delivered in around six weeks, complete with certifications and photographs, ready for your special occasion.
