At Advanced Jewel Craft, we love it when customers are so happy with our work, that they recommend us to family and friends!
Ayaz came to us on the recommendation of both of his brothers who have previously had engagement rings made by Neil. He was due to propose to his girlfriend Amber and wanted to create a beautiful ring that encompassed both their styles.
The first stage of designing a bespoke engagement ring takes place at Advanced Jewel Craft's Cardiff Bay studio, this initial consultation is laid back, usually over coffee and is an opportunity to get all of your ideas across. At this initial consultation Neil, our master craftsman and silversmith sketched out Ayaz's ideas to bring them to life and advised on what would work best.
After this, Ayaz could relax while Neil got to work designing the ring. For every client, Neil produces a 3D render using CAD so you can see exactly how the finished ring will look. There is also an option to get a wax model created for another view into how it will look. Once you are happy with the design and give the go-ahead, Neil will start handcrafting your bespoke ring. With 25 years worth of experience and numerous awards and accolades under his belt, your design is in extremely capable hands.
Ayaz was extremely pleased with the finished product, he opted for a cushion cut yellow diamond in a halo ring with white diamond set shoulders. This makes for an extremely eye-catching, dazzling ring. Amber accepted the proposal, and soon enough they both came in for a visit to design a wedding ring to fit alongside the engagement ring. For the wedding ring, Ayaz and Amber chose for it to be very similar to the engagement ring band. This gives the final product a seamless and glamorous look which works very well for the style of the ring.
