Shipping policy

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

If your item is in stock it will be sent as soon as any requested adjustments to sizing or fit have been made. For made to order items please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the making process prior to shipping. Your jewellery will be packaged in our signature Neil Rayment Goldsmiths jewellery boxes. All items are fully insured whilst in transit and are sent using a tracked and signed for service.

EU, UK & USA

All taxes and duties are included for those ordering from the EU, UK and USA.

Worldwide

Taxes and duties are not included when ordering from outside of the EU, UK or USA. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes according to their jurisdiction.
